Verification of Right to Work
In order to ensure adherence to the Prevention of Illegal Working protocol as set out by the UK Border and Immigration Agency, we must sight & copy passport and visas (if applicable).

Copies of all qualifications and registration documents will be taken and recorded along with all training certificates issued..

Enhanced or Standard DBS (Formerly known as CRB)
For some roles where relevant, Diamas Recruitment Solutions requires that our candidates have an Enhanced Disclosure (where required) dated within the last 3 years. Please contact us via enquiries@diamashousingsolutions.com if your DBS is dated prior to 3 years ago.

Minimum of 35 years Verified and Authenticated References
You'll be required to submit contact details for referees who can provide professional references for the last 5 years including the most recent/current employer.

All original documents are sighted at registration by one of our trained Candidate Compliance team members.

Documents Required:
• Passport and relevant visa (if required);
• Proof of National Insurance Number. For example, NI card, P45, pay slip, HMRC letter, etc);
• Driving Licence (photo card & paper counterpart);
• Proof of address (x 2). They both must be issued within the last 3 months. For example, a bank statement, utility bill, etc);
• Housing or support related qualification/s (if any);
• Most recent enhanced or standard DBS (formerly known as CRB) and copy of overseas police check, where required.
